ESPO ENTERTAINMENT, Collective, Killki Films and any other partners and subsidiaries of ESPO ENTERTAINMENT  (collectively, “ESPO”) respect the privacy of its online visitors, users, contacts  and applicants (collectively, “Users”), however by using ESPO’s online sites, information, services, applications, submissions, e-mails and any other communication, Users agree that ESPO is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from collected personal information, intellectual and artistic property and materials. ESPO is not responsible for any damages or losses without restrictions. ESPO may share individual information with other parties without restriction. ESPO will not share personally identifying information with third parties for marketing purposes. ESPO may use personally identifying information provided by Users to send information about ESPO, including news about films, performances, product updates, contests, events, and other promotional materials. In some situations, personally identifiable information may be available to other Users of ESPO. For example, during the creation of Film Collective, ESPO collects User's personal information and work including artistic work that might be shared during interview process and further, during collaboration and production with other Users. Some of this information is searchable and available to public if Users have created online presence of their work. ESPO has no obligation to keep private any information Users submit due to error or any damages or losses including intellectual work and any files submitted.
